Name:Taps , Type:Coin, Players:3 to 10, Supplies:Lots of beer and a quarter for each player
| |
A player taps his coin on the table once to begin play to the right. The person
to his right then taps his coin once to maintain that direction twice to reverse
directions. When a person screws up (tapping out of turn or not tapping soon enough) he drinks.

|
Name:Sevens, Elevens, or Doubles, Type:Dice, Players:3 to 100, Supplies:dice,a 4 - 12 ounce glass and Lots of beer
| |
The Rules: The game begins by an arbitrary person (we play the owner of the dice)
filling the glass to any level keeping in mind that he might have to drink that glass
as fast as possible. An arbitrary person then gets the first turn (we, again, play
the owner of the dice). He becomes The Roller For every "turn", there are two players:
The Roller and The Drinker. If The Roller does NOT roll a 7, 11, or doubles, he takes
a drink out of his own beer (not the beer in the 4 - 12 ounce glass sitting between everybody)
and reliquishes the dice to the person sitting to the left of him, who now becomes The Roller.
If The Roller DOES roll a 7, 11, or double, the trouble starts. He picks anyone playing, who
becomes The Drinker. From the moment The Drinker TOUCHES the 4 - 12 ounce glass of beer to the
moment he puts it down COMPLETELY EMPTY, The Roller rolls the dice over and over and over.
If he rolls another 7, 11, or double in that time, the glass gets filled to the top, and
The Drinker has to do it all over again. If he does NOT roll another 7, 11, or double, the
turn is over. The Drinker refills the glass to some arbitrary level and the person to the
left of The Roller becomes the new Roller. Keep in mind that it takes about 4 rolls to hit
a 7, 11, or double and a fast roller can roll 2-3 times/second. Quick math, and you realize
The Drinker has about 1.5 seconds to down the beer.

Name:Quarters, Type:Coin, Players:3 to 10, Supplies:a quarter,a shallow glass and Lots of beer
| |
All players sit around a table, or similarly hard surface, and, in turn, try to bounce
the quarter off the table into the glass. If successful, the player tells any
other player to have a drink, as well as receiving another turn. If the player fails,
play passes to the next in the circle. If the player is fortunate enough to make three
bounces (or higher for more advanced players) in a row, this player may make a rule.
If any rule is broken during the course of play, the violator subsequently "consumes
some beverage." The trick is to then drink the beer without swallowing the quarter.

Name:Irish Quarters, Type:Coin, Players:3 to 10, Supplies:a quarter,a cup and Lots of beer
| |
To start fill a cup half full of beer. The game goes like this: Spin the quarter Drink the beer
in the cup Fill the cup with more beer Grab the quarter before it stops spinning
The next person repeats the above process. If the quarter stops spinning before you stop
it you must drink whatever you poured into the cup

|
Name:Ice Tray Quarters, Type:Coin, Players:3 to 10, Supplies:Ice tray, Quarters and Lots of beer
| |
Play follows as Quarters except you are shooting into an ice tray. The right side
of the tray is the "give"side and the left side is the "take" side. The number of
drinks to be given or taken corresponds to how far away the hole is. One drink for
the hole closest to you and then one more for each one further away. You shoot until
you miss or hit the "take"side and must drink yourself.

|
Name:Chandaleirs, Type:Coin, Players:3 to 8, Supplies:Plastic cups, Quarters and Lots of beer
| |
How to play: Arange the cups with one in the middle and everyone elses cups around that cup in a circle..
touching if possible.. with your own cup closest to you. Fill the cups with a little beer
(like an inch or 2) and the center cup with about half a beer or more. Take turns bouncing
your quarter at the cups. If you sink the quarter in someone's cup (even your own) they have to
drink it. You shoot untill you miss. If you sink the center cup, everyone must grab their
beer and chug it. last one to put their (empty) cup down on the table has to finish the beer
in the center.

Name:Buzz, Type:other, Players:4 to 10, Supplies:Drunk Friends and Lots of beer
| |
Simple game, low buzz factor. None the less entertaining when a good buzz is already attained.
Sit in a circle. The first player says 'one,' the next player says 'two,' and so on down the line.
However, when someone reaches a number that is divisible by 7, s/he says "buzz." If the player
misses a "buzz"when needed, or when an unnecessary "buzz" occurs, that player drinks.
The obvious challenge is to see how high of a number can be attained; but this also means
very little drinking. The known current record is over 1200.
Variation: An honest "buzz"would change the direction of the circle. Or add '11' into the
rotation and say 'Bizz' for divisibles of 11. In this case, watch out for 77.

Name:Anchorman, Type:Coin, Players:4 to 10, Supplies:A quarter, A pitcher,Lots of beer
| |
Two teams sit on opposite sides of a table and try to get a quarter into a full pitcher of beer.
To start the game flip a coin, and have a team call heads or tails in the air. If correct that
team starts. Each team member shoots a quarter, trying to make it land in the pitcher. Each player
only shoots once per turn even if they are successful in putting the quarter in the pitcher. Once
everyone on the team shoots, the other team now shoots in order. The first team to put all 4 of
their quarters in the pitcher is the winner. This means the losing team has to drink the contents
of the pitcher (usually 4-5 beers depending on the size of the pitcher) But before they drink, the
winning team has to pick someone to be the "Anchorman". The anchorman must drink last and finish
the remaining beer, whether it is just a sip or the whole pitcher. Teammates of the anchorman must
drink first and decide how much they leave for the anchorman. While drinking, the teammates cannot
take their lips off of the pitcher. If they do, they must pass the pitcher to the next person.
The anchorman can take his lips off of the pitcher but has a 2 minute time limit to finish the
pitcher. Once he finishes the pitcher, fill it up again and play the game once more.

Name:Buffalo, Type:other, Players:2 to 100, Supplies:Drunk Friends
| |
The rules are simple. You have to be asked to play by someone who is already a "member."
Once you agree to play Buffalo you are a player FOR LIFE!!!! No exceptions. The way the
game is played goes thusly: If you are caught in the act of drinking anything with your
right hand and someone says "Buffalo" you have to finish whatever it is your drinking.
It doesnt matter if you have a full beer or just a sip left. If your caught with a full
glass of vodaka...YOU MUST POUND IT! Thats pretty much it. It is not as easy as it seems.
Trust me, if you decide to become a player you will find yourself slowly becoming a
left-handed drinker. This is not a game you are going to sit down at a party and play
but rather one that comes back to bite you in the ass. Example: your at a bar drinking
with your right hand and somebody yells out "How did the Buffalo Sabres do last night?"
...you pound your drink. It does not have to be coincidence, it can be a viciuos game.
If you go to a bar with a bunch of friends who also play you had better drink with your
left hand because trust me, someone will get "Buffaloed."

Name:Bizz Buzz, Type:other, Players:3 to 100, Supplies:Drunk Friends
| |
Bizz Buzz is a simple game that involves your mathematical skills.
It easy to explain but I gaurantee you will have trouble playing.
Rules: Player one starts by counting off starting at 1. Player two
then says 2, Player three says 3 and son as you move around the circle.
When the game reaches a number that ends in 7 or is a multiple of seven
the player must substitute the word bizz for the number. ei. 1,2,3,4,5,6,
bizz,8,9,10 and so on. Also if the player gets a number that is a double
like 11 22 33 44...etc. the player must substitute the word buzz.
If a player gets it wrong or stumbles he or she must drink. If a player
messes up three times he is out and the game proceeds till you have only
one person left, and he or she is the winner.
Bizz: 7 14 17 21 27 28 35 37 42...etc
Buzz: 11 22 33 44 55 66...etc

Name:Baseball, Type:Coin, Players:4 to 10, Supplies: 4 shot glasses, beer, a quarter, and two teams of people
| |
Set up the four shot glasses in a row going away from home base
(the designated shooting spot for the quarter).
Each player on the visiting team takes turns shooting the quarter
at the shot glasses. The first glass represents a single,
the second a double, the third a triple, and the last a home run.
Three strikes (misses of all shot glasses) and you are out.
Three outs and the other team is up to bat. Game follows as regular
baseball and runs are scored in the same way (except that
you have to keep track of the runners on base in your head).
Drinking happens in the following manner: Fill the shot glasses with beer.
If a player makes the quarter into a shot glass (gets a hit), he must
drink the contents of the shot glasses behind the one he made. For example,
if he hits a single, he must drink the remaining three shot glasses full
of beer. If he hits a triple, he only has to drink one. If he gets an out, he must drink all four.
The opposite team must drink for each run the other team scores.
This game is pretty simple but lots of fun (and lots of drinks)!
